Can BooMaxia help me obtain a Patent for my invention?

BooMaxia can assist you in obtaining US Patent Services, mainly by referring you to a registered patent attorney or agent to preform these services.

Can BooMaxia evaluate my idea?

Upon request from a member BooMaxia will read and evaluate the overall posting as you have it formatted on our site. We will not evaluate the Merritt or value of the idea itself, as that can only be evaluated by an investor, partner, or industry. We will only give you advise as to the next step of development of your posting, I.e.; do you have or need a business plan, what type of business plan should you look at creating, where can I get more information on my particular category of idea, what order of development should I follow, etc.

Will BooMaxia tell me if my idea is good?

We think all ideas are good enough to post here for free. If you're not sure post it and give it a chance! This is the only way to know if you can attract a potential investor, and that is the true test of the quality of an idea.

Does BooMaxia charge for its services?

We do not charge for memberships or idea postings and most of our help content is free, we do provide some services that are chargeable as well as some more defined help meterial, depending on our members individual needs. We do require that our members grant us a small percentage(5%) of any profits gained from an idea that's is posted on our website, see our members terms and conditions.
