First, for instance, if you want to own property on Earth, it must be yours.  If the property never belonged to anyone like the Moon or Mars, you must establish a legal basis of ownership.

The Lunar Federation has developed the best method for insuring private property rights, developing a sustainable infrastructure, and obtaining the financial capital to create a self-sustaining colony on the Moon and then Mars.

The Lunar Federation's only mission  is to be the first private organization to send the first colony to the Moon then Mars.  This mission will guarantee property ownership and send 10 Lucky Lunar Land Owners to the Moon. 

The first colony that reaches the Moon and Mars will create the government of the Moon and Mars.  That government will then start issuing and securing land claims.  Since the Lunar Federation is funding the first colonization mission to the Moon and Mars this makes the Lunar Federation the only organization with the legal basis for selling extraterrestrial property rights.

Lunar Federation reassures you that this is not such a site.  We wish to give you this written reassurance.  It is of course difficult to determine if this is a fraud while you are just sitting there surfing the net.  Let us explain what Lunar Federation is actually doing.  Lunar Federation's president and CEO, Anthony M Grasso, vision and legacy is to further space exploration and send the first colony to the Moon and Mars.  He has partnered global space organizations for  developing a sustainable infrastructure, and obtaining the financial capital to create a self-sustaining colony on the Moon and then Mars. This is the key to the Lunar Federation's endeavor.

3.  What if NASA lands on my property and are you affiliated with NASA?            [Back To Top]

If NASA lands on your property they have the rights to it.  Lunar Federation guarantees land ownership and if such property is landed upon Lunar Federation will find other suitable moon locations for land ownership.  Lunar Federation has never and will never plan to sell a past or planned NASA Landing site.

The Lunar Federation is a private company with no governmental affiliation.  The endeavor taken by Lunar Federation is for the first private enterprise colonization mission to the Moon.  We encourage support for NASA but are not officially affiliated with them.  NASA does not own the moon nor ever made the claim of ownership of any celestial body.

The Law of the Universe was set forth under the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 that clearly states the Moon and other celestial bodies are the legacy of all human kind for the intentions of exploration.   Lunar Federation's sole purpose is the exploration of Moon, Mars, and beyond.  You can be part of this legacy.

4. What Name will appear on the Deed?             [Back To Top]

The Premium, Deluxe, and the Ultimate Gift Packages all come with a name on the Deed specified in the checkout process.  The name is optional which always gives you the preference to fill in your own name or the name of another if you are giving it to someone later on. Unnamed Deeds include a Registration card and as soon as you place the name on the Lunar Deed, it is very important to complete the Registration Card that accompanies the Lunar Deed and send it back to Lunar Federation for proper registration. Sending the Registration insures that the Lunar Land holder is listed on file in the official database.

Please take not that every Lunar Deed is a legal document which requires the full legal name of the Lunar Land Owner.

5. Is there any guarantee that you won't sell the same property twice?

No Lunar Property is ever sold twice.  Each piece of land has been mapped out and is located in a database of all Lunar Land Registrations.

6.  What if another company tries to sell me land on the Moon?             [Back To Top]

If any other company claims to be selling Lunar Property, they are doing so in an unlawful and fraudulent manner. Lunar Federation and its authorized resellers are the only companies that plans to be the first private enterprise to colonize the Moon and send 10 of the Top Lunar Land owners along for the ride.  Proceeds benefit this endeavor.  Any other company might try to sell you lunar land but will not deliver on the promise of it actually being yours.  From them you are buying a worthless piece of paper.  The Lunar Federation is ensuring the dream of space travel becomes a reality. It is in our destiny to explore strange new worlds and to advance our civilization farther than could ever be imagined. Colonization of the Moon and Mars will one day become  reality.   This is inevitable and the Lunar Federation is taking this all the way to the Moon, Mars and beyond.

Anyone that you decide to leave it will inherit your Lunar Land property; your children, a spouse, a friend, a pet, anyone.  This by far is one of the important details in buying Lunar Property.  This will inevitably become a valuable investment that you can make for future generations.  Just imagine in 100 years there will be colonies all over the moon and your family will own a large portion of the land.  Buy an acre today for under $50 dollars and sell it years later for THOUSANDS what you paid for it.  The investment benefits are tremendous.

Purchasing Lunar Property is an investment.  One acre today will be over a thousand times more expensive as soon as we start colonizing the moon.  Why wait and spend a thousand times more when you can get the land at a fraction of the cost.

Unfortunately there are companies out there that are selling extraterrestrial land in a highly irresponsible manner, to the disadvantage of all unsuspecting customers.  One copy cat website goes as far as to say that he personally owns the moon and all the planets in the solar system.  This claim is flat out ridiculous and fraudulent.  The Lunar Federation feels this is unfortunate because no other company is setting aside 100% of corporate profits to fund a colonization mission to the Moon and Mars to secure private land ownership.

As soon as Lunar and Mars Colonization occurs and the governments of the Moon and Mars is established, these fraudulent companies will be sued and forced out of business.

As soon as 1 Billion Acres have been sold the Lunar Federation will fund  the first colonization mission to the moon and 10 Lunar Land Owners who own the most acres will be given an all expense paid trip to the moon.

11. What is the Law Today concerning space rights?           [Back To Top]

There are two treaties that govern current space law: the Outer Space Treaty of 1967, along with the Moon Treaty of 1979.  Through the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 the United Nations  established that its member states could not claim sovereignty on the Moon.  This means that governments can not appropriate the Moon or other celestial bodies.  Effectively, governments have signed to the fact that they have no rights to these bodies at all.  This means that whenever the moon is colonized it will become its own nation, with its own laws, governed by itself.   The Lunar Federation plans to be the first private company to colonize the lunar surface and help set up the government of the moon and Mars.

12. The Moon Treaty forbids the exploitation of Moon, Space and other celestial bodies for profit motives.  Is this true?           [Back To Top]

The Moon Treaty was never ratified and is not law.  Of all the approximately 185 member states of the UN only six states supported it.  All others, including all space faring nations (USA, Russia, China, etc) refused to sign it and did not sign it.  The USA explicitly refused to sign it as it would inhibit the exploitation of Lunar and other celestial resources for profit by corporations and individuals. When the moon is colonized it will not be governed by any treaty or earth based government.  The Lunar Federation plans to set up the first Lunar Government and already has drafted a preliminary  Lunar and Mars Constitution and the Lunar and Mars Bill of Rights modeled after the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights. 

So what does this mean? In essence as soon as we colonize and set up a government on the Moon, the Lunar Federation will have secured all private land ownership.

13. So what laws actually exist on the Moon, or any other celestial planets?           [Back To Top]

Currently no law exists on the moon itself or any other planets apart from Earth.

When the Lunar Federation colonizes the moon and Mars, laws will be established to ensure people's rights.  Only the Lunar Government can issue ownership rights and that government will be set up by the Lunar Federation on that first colonization mission.  This is where the Lunar Federation have made a start at forming public opinion.

An objective of the Lunar Federation is to protect the right of the general public to be allowed to claim and use extraterrestrial resources, regardless of whether you are in proximity of the property or not.
